Healthy Teams in a Hybrid Workplace

What does it mean to have a healthy hybrid team? 

We surveyed over 700 participants at the 2022 Simmons Leadership Conference to learn more about how the hybrid work environment is affecting teams. This report offers tools to foster a healthy team environment. They were derived from the data of this study, insights gained from our survey results, suggestions offered by our respondents, and our own expertise.
