Annabel Flores
Raytheon Deputy President, L&ADS, RTXAnnabel Floresis deputy president of Land & Air Defense Systems at Raytheon, a business of RTX. She leads a team that provides the U.S. Army, U.S. Marine Corps and international customers with integrated air and missile defense, counter UAS, and precision long-range and combat weapon capabilities.
Prior to this role, Flores was president of Global Spectrum Dominance at Raytheon Intelligence & Space, responsible for the Global Spectrum Dominance portfolio, including advanced surveillance, electronic warfare, targeting and navigation capabilities. Previously, she was president of Electronic Warfare Systems at Raytheon Intelligence & Space where she oversaw the strategic direction and operation of a diverse portfolio of electronic warfare products.
Flores earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Cambridge, Mass. She also earned a dual master’s degree in mechanical engineering and business administration through MIT’s Leaders for Global Operations program.
