Tamara Nolte

Applied Improv Facilitator

Tamara Nolte has been an applied improv facilitator since 2009. She earned her MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management and has more than 20 years of experience in management, small business development, and start-ups. She’s managed large and small creative and operational teams, hired and trained incoming employees, and built two start-ups from the ground up. On the comedy side of her life, she has trained in improvisational comedy with The Second City, Annoyance, and IO theaters, performed with ComedySportz, and was also the Creator/Producer of Tamara’s Caption Contest and Nun On Pun-Off, a live-online game shows harnessing the power of the pun. Tamara’s unique experience has helped her lead and design improvisation-based corporate training and keynotes focusing on communication skills, active listening, team building, risk-taking, public speaking, storytelling, and idea generation. She has worked with leading brands such as JP Morgan Chase, IBM, MetLife, Deloitte, PWC, Accenture, SAP, Pfizer, Dropbox, Astra Zenica, Textron, Goldman Sachs, Lockheed Martin, Steelcase, Harvard Business School, and many more.
