Kelly Botto
Founder & Principal, Botto Coaching Collaborative
Kelly Botto is the founder and principal of Botto Coaching Collaborative, a team of coaches and facilitators who work with business leaders to measurably improve their impact. Kelly is passionate about unlocking human potential, with 20+ years in professional coaching, and group program design and delivery.
As an executive coach to global leaders, Kelly enables clients to see themselves as others see them and works with them to “close the gaps” in behavioral areas where these perceptions diverge from their own. Kelly brings empathy, humor, and high energy to her work. Her programs encourage clients to stretch their comfort zones, practice fresh ways of thinking and create meaningful, lasting change. Although her engagements vary widely, her goal is consistent: to help clients become their best authentic selves.
