Sarah Breigle is the Vice President of Marketing and Communications at the Simmons University Institute for Inclusive Leadership, bringing over 15 years of growth marketing experience focused on women in leadership. She leads the Institute’s marketing strategy, aiming to boost market awareness and support growth through actionable, measurable tactics.
Dedicated to amplifying the Institute’s impact, Sarah is passionate about helping early and mid-career women accelerate their personal and professional growth. She creates audience-centric messaging that highlights the Institute’s unique value while addressing organizational talent challenges. As a member of the leadership team, she is committed to positioning the Institute as a global authority on leadership, equity, and inclusion.
Currently pursuing her coaching certification, Sarah co-hosts the podcast Happy Beyond 40, a passion project. She lives in a Boston suburb with her husband, son, and their Black lab, The Captain.
